The rules between you and Pasarin. Short, because it isn't complicated: we do your marketing monthly, with no minimum contract, and you can stop whenever you like.

What the service is
Pasarin produces content, posting schedules, ad material and reports for your business. The work is done with AI assistance and checked by a human before it goes live. You order it by chatting, exactly like instructing your own admin.
Free trial
Your first three pieces of content are free, with no conditions and no credit card. If you don't like the result there is no obligation and nobody will chase you.
Payment and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly and paid via QRIS. There is no minimum contract. Upgrading, downgrading or stopping is a chat message away and takes effect on the next billing cycle.
Payment for the current month is not refunded pro-rata, because the work has already been done.
Who owns the output
The work is yours. Content, designs and captions we produce for your business are yours to use, modify and publish freely, including after you stop subscribing.
Material you provide — logos, photos, brand names — stays yours. You grant us permission to use it only to fulfil your orders.
What you may not do
Do not use Pasarin for anything unlawful under Indonesian law, for fraud, for hateful or sexual content, or to impersonate someone else's brand. We may refuse or stop such work.
Limits of liability
We work hard, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes — nobody can guarantee a sales figure. We are also not responsible for outages on third-party platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, AI providers) outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last month.
