Privacy policy
Pasarin is a marketing team you talk to over WhatsApp. To do that work we store some of your data. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to delete it — in plain language rather than legalese.

What we collect
Identity from Google. You sign in with a Google account, which gives us your email address, name and profile picture. We never receive or store your Google password.
Your work. Everything you create inside Pasarin: brand profiles, briefs, content plans, strategies, chat conversations, and files you upload (logos, menu photos, documents).
WhatsApp number. If you connect WhatsApp, we store that number so messages reach your workspace.
Usage records. When a job ran, how much AI capacity it used, and whether it succeeded. This is what makes quota and billing honest.
Why we use it
To do what you asked: draft content, produce designs, schedule posts and prepare reports. To keep your account secure. To count quota. And to fix the product when something breaks.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third parties that process your data
The full list: Google (sign-in), MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Railway (hosting), and the AI model providers — Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini — which do the generation work. For public market research we use Apify.
Your work is sent to those AI providers when a job runs. That is how the product functions. We choose providers that do not train on customer data, but we cannot guarantee their internal policies on your behalf — if a document is highly confidential, do not upload it.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete it yourself at any time under Settings → Account & data: one option clears your work but keeps the account, the other deletes the account entirely.
Deleting the account removes your profile, brands, briefs, plans, chats and files from our database. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before they are purged too.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Login sessions are signed. Access to the production database is restricted. We never store your password, because sign-in goes entirely through Google.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. For deletion the fastest route is Settings. For anything else, contact us.
